Dahmes Forms New Senior Management Team to Meet Growing Customer Demands
August 11, 2021
Authentic. Pioneering. Committed. These core values are the key drivers in how the Dahmes’ team operates when recruiting, recognizing & promoting employees; and communicating, innovating & delivering solutions to our customers.
In 2020, we set an objective to grow: Grow our team, our solutions offerings, and the impact we have on food, feed & pet food processing plants across the US and Canada. This year, we’ve welcomed 16 new employees to our team, with ten additional open positions that we are seeking to fill. We’ve put resources into R&D to better serve our customers, launched an apprenticeship program, and built several new partnerships across a variety of industries.
Our core purpose is to create ideal industrial process solutions, and to us that means that there isn’t a one size fits all approach. When we talk with existing or new customers, we share our honest feedback in what the right solution may look like – even if it’s different than any other vendor in the industry. We simply want our customers to have the best solution that solves their unique challenges. From the initial conversations to commissioning to ongoing service, we remain a trusted partner until the end. And because of the established trust we build, our customers come back to us with their challenges, and we continue to work with them to solve them again and again. It’s what our team thrives on doing.
Our leadership plays a key role in the growth of our business, and we are pleased to share the individuals who collectively make up our newly formed senior management team under the guidance of our Owner & Founder, Forrest Dahmes. This group’s vast amount of experience and knowledge ultimately creates a better experience for customers and employees.
